I'm Hooked Fishing Charters isn't a massive corporate operation where you're just another number. It's run by Mal, a bloke who has spent more than 40 years learning the tides, reefs, and secrets of Melbourne's waters.
Whether we're chasing Snapper in Port Phillip Bay, stalking Whiting in Western Port, or heading offshore into the wild Bass Strait for Tuna and Mako Sharks, the goal is always the same: catching fish and having a bloody good time doing it.
Beginners get shown the ropes with patience. Seasoned anglers get put right on the spot. It's your day, we just make it unforgettable.

All bait and tackle is provided. Please bring appropriate clothing for the conditions, an esky for your catch, food and drinks (no glass), and a valid Victorian Recreational Fishing Licence.
Our Playgrounds
Port Phillip Bay
Victoria's largest body of water, offering relatively sheltered conditions and sensational fishing. Famous for the annual Snapper run (Oct-Dec), plus excellent year-round catches of Flathead, King George Whiting, Garfish, and Squid.
Western Port Bay
Defined by its strong tidal currents around French and Phillip Islands. The deeper channels are prime habitat for monster Gummy Sharks, massive Snapper, and thumping King George Whiting.
Bass Strait
The wild water separating Victoria from Tasmania. Not for the faint-hearted. We head offshore targeting hard-fighting species like Yellowtail Kingfish, Southern Bluefin Tuna, Mako Sharks, and deep reef dwellers.
